A whole tender young duckling, roasted according to a traditional Peking recipe. The crispy skin and tender juicy meat served in separate dishes and eaten with special duck sauce, spring onions and thin pancakes. While you are enjoying the duck, our Chef will make the remainder of the duck in the delicious soup for you as a complimentary course.
